The music program consists of regular sessions, regular performance opportunities. It is composed of brass band training, music theory lessons and local memory tune learning.
Educate Brass Foundation — Core Areas of Interest in Music Education
1. Brass Band Training & Performance - Providing structured training in brass instruments and organizing performances to develop young musicians' skills and confidence.
2. Music Theory & Literacy - Equipping learners with a strong foundation in music theory, sight-reading, and composition to enhance their technical understanding.
3. School & Community Engagement - Partnering with schools and communities to integrate music education into learning and promote cultural exchange through music.
4. Workshops & Capacity Building - Conducting music education workshops, teacher training, and collaborative sessions to strengthen local music education practices.

LIFE SKILLS THROUGH MUSIC
Life skills like Self Confidence, Resilience, Leadership skills, Problem Solving, Grit and Perseverance, Team Work, Concetration, are
integrated into each music lesson. We select an attribute each month, and through music train our participants to approach these as transferable skills, which they can call upon to help them with difficult situations and challenges they may face.
